The Knowledge Day

Posted September 1st, 2006 in Education by Olexandr Melnyk

Today we had the Knowledge Day celebrations at the university. Actually, it was much like the ones at school, the main difference being the count of officials present there. The solemn part took around 2-3 hours, after what we went to our cathedra, where we’ve listened to some information regarding the educational process.

The lessons will start on Monday, and the first lesson I will attend at the university will be physics. The other subjects I will study during the first semester are: linear algebra and applied geometry, mathematical analysis, programming basics, informational technologies basics, Ukrainian, English, history of Ukraine and physical culture. Probably I’ve missed something, as I don’t have the classes schedule near me.

Talking of my group, I am aquainted only to several people from it, one of them being my former classmate and a good friend.
